Fees and rebates

Our friendly team are happy to chat with you about the resources available to South Australians which might reduce the cost of hearing aids and services for those that meet the eligibility criteria.

If you hold a Centrelink pension card, a DVA Gold Card or a White Card specifying hearing you may be eligible for a rebate, and we can explore those options with you.

You can access our hearing services and devices on a fee-for-service basis if you are not eligible for any other rebates.

Private health insurance

If you have private health insurance with extras cover, you may be eligible for a refund depending on your level of cover. Check with your insurance provider to confirm.

Industrial deafness compensation

If you currently or have previously worked in a noisy environment you may be entitled to a worker’s compensation industrial deafness claim. We can help guide you through this process with services outlined on our Workplace Assessments page.

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

If you are eligible for hearing services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) we can assist you as we are a registered NDIS provider. Please let your audiologist know if you are eligible for NDIS assistance.
